PRIVACY POLICY FOR COBBLEWICK

YM-Coded Studios ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you download, install, and use the Cobblewick application ("App", "Game") on Apple iOS, iPadOS, and macOS devices.

Cobblewick is a single-player block puzzle game. You do not need an account, and you do not sign up or give us any personal details to play.

1. LOCAL-FIRST PRIVACY BASICS (ON-DEVICE PROCESSING)

Cobblewick is designed as a private, local-first game.

Game Progress: Your best score, daily streak, and sound/settings preferences are stored entirely on your own device using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults). We operate no backend servers and keep no copy of your game data.
No Account: There is no login, no profile, and no sign-up. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or location.
Offline Play: The game itself is fully playable offline. A network connection is used only to load ads (free version) and to sync leaderboard scores if you choose to use Game Center.

2. ADVERTISING (Free version on iPhone & iPad)

The free version of Cobblewick on iOS and iPadOS is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob.

What is processed: To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process device and usage information such as a device advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you permit tracking), a device identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and ad-interaction data.
App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On first launch we present Apple's standard tracking-permission prompt. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
EEA / UK Consent (GDPR): For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we present a Google-certified consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) so you can choose how your data is used for ads.
Governing policy: Advertising data is handled under Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Removing ads: Purchasing Cobblewick Pro permanently removes all ads. The macOS version is a paid app and contains no ads.

3. SUBSCRIPTION & PURCHASE DIAGNOSTICS

We use RevenueCat to process and verify App Store transactions and to confirm your "Cobblewick Pro" entitlement status.

RevenueCat collects non-identifying transaction metadata to validate in-app purchases.

4. GAME CENTER (Optional Leaderboards)

Cobblewick integrates with Apple Game Center to submit your best score to a public leaderboard.
